Successful petition to United States Citizen and Immigration Services for ‘Permanent Residency’ under category E26: “Professional holding advanced degrees or of exceptional ability”.  The case was successfully made by Margaret Holland-Sparages (Esq) of Brookes & DeRensis Massachusetts that my rare intersection of skills and activities in the Australian national interest provided evidence of the potential and likelihood to make significant contributions to the United States ‘National Interest’.   The petition required presenting a significant body of evidence including testimony demonstrating a track record of excellence in the field, contribution to the Australian national interest, substantial activity in the United States and the likelihood to make a significant contribution to the United States. The Green Card permits indefinite stay in the United States, free travel and unlimited work authorization within the country.
